Do you ship replacement swing seats to the United States?
Yes. Replacement swing seats ship across the United States, including Texas and the Dallas–Fort Worth area. They are compact parcel items, so they ship faster than large equipment.
Can we replace a swing seat ourselves?
Yes — swapping a swing seat is a routine self-install maintenance job. Remove the worn seat and attach the new one to your existing swing chains or hangers with the supplied hardware; no specialized installer is required.
What types of swing seats are available?
Options include flat belt seats, full-bucket and tot seats for younger children, and accessible seats. Tell us your hanger and chain type and we'll confirm the correct replacement.
Are the swing seats standards-compliant?
Yes. Seats are commercial-grade and built to meet CAN/CSA-Z614 and ASTM F1487 for public playground use.
What beam size do the swing hangers fit?
The hangers are made for a standard 3-1/2" OD swing beam. Custom hangers for a 2-7/8" OD beam are also available — just tell us your beam size when you order.
How do I disconnect my old swing seat — S-hooks or hammerlocks?
Check how your existing seat connects. If it uses S-hooks, you'll need a set of S-hook pliers to open and re-close them (we can supply these). If it uses hammerlocks, the easiest removal is with a specialized hammerlock tool, or by clamping the hammerlock in a vise with the locking pin facing up and driving the pin out with a punch.
